Askari Metals Discovers Highly Prospective 'Corridor of Interest' at Uis Lithium Project in Namibia

Askari Metals Limited (ASX: AS2) is thrilled to announce the discovery of a highly prospective 'corridor of interest' at the Uis Lithium Project in Namibia. The recent re-assessment of project data led to the identification of this new zone, spanning approximately 15km in length and 5km in width across both EPL 7345 and EPL 8535.

Exciting Developments

The recently appointed Chief Exploration and Project Manager (Africa), Cliff Fitzhenry, and Technical Consultant, Laubser Pepler, conducted a site visit to the Uis Lithium Project in the Erongo Region of central-west Namibia. Commenting on the discovery, Mr. Fitzhenry stated, "After re-assessing and re-interpreting all results received to date, as well as visiting the project site and areas of confirmed lithium mineralisation, we have defined a new, highly prospective 'corridor of interest'. "

He further added, "This latest discovery is an exciting development for the Company. We will now focus our efforts on this new zone, using a more traditional and systematic exploration strategy to generate high-confidence targets for drilling and fast-tracking.
