The pricing period for the Capital Call Notice is set to commence on 04 December 2024, concluding on the earlier of 15 February 2024 or upon the complete subscription of shares by LDA Capital. However, the company retains the liberty to extend the pricing period should any unsold shares persist at the conclusion of the period.
