ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV), a frontrunner in smart building materials, has set its sights on Southeast Asia, fortifying its presence by forging a pivotal Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement with H T Glass Pte Ltd (H T Glass), a premier glass processing specialist in Singapore. Pioneering Leap into Southeast Asia

In a bid to meet the surging demand for sustainable energy solutions, ClearVue has embarked on a transformative journey into Southeast Asia through a comprehensive five-year agreement with H T Glass. This strategic alliance secures non-exclusive manufacturing and distribution rights for ClearVuePV solar integrated glass units (IGUs) within Singapore’s shores. Additionally, ClearVue has extended a non-exclusive license to H T Glass for the manufacturing and supply of finished IGU products on an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) basis for ClearVue or its specified entities.

H T Glass’s inclusion augments ClearVue’s growing network of global partners, aligning with the Company's vision of expanding market presence and fostering sustainable growth. This collaboration further strengthens ClearVue’s footprint in Southeast Asia, complementing its recent partnerships with esteemed distributors like 8G Solutions in the US states of Missouri, Kansas, and Arizona, Greendustrial Global in Israel, and the Concept Business Group in South Africa.
