TG Metals Making Progress with Drilling at the Burmeister Lithium Discovery

TG Metals Limited has made a significant lithium discovery at the Burmeister Prospect, and drilling is progressing well with 6 holes completed to date.

Drilling Continues - Lithium Discovery

TG Metals is currently in the phase 2 drilling program for the Burmeister lithium discovery. The RC (Reverse Circulation) drill rig has successfully completed 6 holes, reaching depths of up to 300 meters, totaling 1,372 meters. The focus of this program is to further assess the lithium-bearing pegmatites found in the previous drilling activities.

The company plans to complete a total of 13 holes for approximately 4,000 meters in this phase 2 drilling program. These additional holes are expected to be finished within the next three weeks. The goal is to gather more data about the lithium deposit and its potential.

Sample Analysis and Diamond Core Tail

Samples collected from the drilling have been submitted for analysis. The first set of results is expected to be available within the next two weeks. These results will provide valuable information about the quality and quantity of the lithium discovered.

Furthermore, a diamond core tail, planned for the previously drilled RC hole TGRC0009, has been successfully completed, measuring 24. 3 meters in total length. The core has been sent to Perth for cutting and assaying. It will also be used for further physical testwork, allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of the lithium deposit.

Looking Ahead

As the phase 2 drilling program progresses, TG Metals CEO, Mr. David Selfe, expressed his optimism about the future. He stated, "The drilling continues on our Burmeister lithium discovery, while we also progress our other exploration areas at the Lake Johnston Project. We look forward to receiving the next sample results, which will aid in planning phase 3. The Company is in a good position for ongoing drilling results and other Lake Johnston project exploration for the remainder of this year and into the new year. "

In conclusion, TG Metals Limited is making notable progress in its exploration activities at the Burmeister lithium discovery site. With 6 holes already completed and additional drilling planned, the company aims to gather essential data for the next phase of exploration. The upcoming sample results and analysis will provide crucial insights into the potential of this lithium deposit, ultimately shaping the future trajectory of TG Metals' operations and the Lake Johnston Project as a whole.
