BPH Energy Limited, in a significant update to the Australian Securities Exchange, announced that Clean Hydrogen Technologies Corp (CHT), in which BPH and its associate Advent Energy Limited hold 15. 6% and 3. 9% stakes respectively, has successfully transitioned from the proof of concept stage to production. CHT's innovative process, which involves thermo-catalytic pyrolysis of natural gas, yields turquoise hydrogen and a solid carbon composite without emitting CO2, marking a pivotal advancement in clean energy production.

Harnessing Turquoise Hydrogen

CHT has made a groundbreaking leap in clean energy by moving from proof of concept to the production phase. The company utilizes a novel process called thermo-catalytic pyrolysis to crack hydrocarbons from natural gas. This method involves the application of heat and a catalyst in an oxygen-free environment, resulting in two key products: turquoise hydrogen and a solid carbon composite.
