How GreenTech Metals is Commencing Diamond Drilling on West Pilbara Lithium Project?
GreenTech Metals has announced that it has started diamond drilling at the Osborne JV in West Pilbara. GreenTech owns a 51% stake in Osborne JV, which is a joint venture with Artemis Resources Ltd holding the remaining 49%. Osborne JV is located to the east of the company's Ruth Well Project.
The Diamond drilling is being used to test stratigraphy and structure, aiding in the planning of future detailed drilling. The drilling will target north dipping stacked LCT pegmatites in the Southern Zone.
GreenTech Metals is planning up to 1,500 meters of DDH to be completed in the Southern pegmatite zone, using existing heritage cleared areas. The Southern LCT pegmatite zone sits within the Osborne JV Project tenements and comprises a total combined 4km of pegmatite strike.

Previously, XRD analyses confirmed spodumene bearing pegmatite at Kobe and Osborne. An initial heritage survey has been completed, and a heritage report is expected in 4 to 6 weeks to allow detailed drilling at Osborne and Kobe.
GreenTech's West Pilbara lithium projects are west of and near the Azure Minerals Andover Discovery. The Andover discovery comprises a total combined 5. 7km of prospective strike of greenstone-hosted VHMS-style mineralisation.
The company said that greenstone rocks of the same age extend over the Osborne JV and Ruth Well projects and host multiple mineral deposits, including the Mt Olympus gold mine to the south.
GreenTech Metals aims to create a sustainable and ethical supply of metals that are critical to energy and technology.
