Lindian Uncovers More Outstanding Rare Earths Assays in Kangankunde

Post image

Lindian Resources has announced the latest results from its phase one drilling program at the globally significant Kangankunde rare earths project. The results showed extensive rare earths mineralisation, reinforcing Kangankunde as a key site for rare earths mining.

Some of the highlights from the most recent drilling program include significant intersections of up to 18. 8%, with all holes ending in mineralization. The results also suggest that the north, south, east, and west boundaries of mineralisation are either extended or not yet defined.

These results are expected to positively impact Lindian's maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for Kangankunde, which will be reported within the next fortnight. The results of this program are unparalleled when compared with any other rare earths project.

According to Lindian's Chief Executive Officer, Alistair Stephens, "This is a testament to support from the Lindian Board, the community, a focused and unified professional team, and the unique geology at Kangankunde. With the receipt of these final assays from Phase One, we now await determination and reporting of Lindian's maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for Kangankunde. Shortly thereafter, we expect to start to report assays from the Phase Two drill program which consisted of two deep drill holes to depths of ~1,000 meters. We await these assays with great anticipation. "

There’s this idea floating around that throwing enough cash at Intel will suddenly turn them into the next TSMC. But semiconductor manufacturing isn’t something you can rush, it’s a complex, slow-moving process that takes years of precision and experience.

Intel could recover some ground eventually, but framing them as the savior of American chipmaking feels more like a political talking point than a practical reality.

Looks like we're going through something, but who would have thought with all these tarrifs, inflation and trade wars going on
