More and More companies are finding ways to save money and reduce real customer ser vice - I tried to contact telstra and they literally did not even give me an option to speak to a real person. After several attempts, the best i could get is talking to someone through live chat which i assume is a real person who fixed my issue (overcharge) . Unfortunately this took longer than if i was on a simple phone call..
