Need advice. Grinding at work but not with my new side hustle company. - So I work my day job as a software engineer at a decent sized company. I’d say I’m one of the top performers. I also am starting my own company which is in the very early phases (no customers yet).
At work, I can get a lot done and I feel like I progress a lot. That feeling of accomplishment. However, with my company, idk what it is but I feel like I’m not budging.
Since I have no customers yet, there is no positive feedback loop the way I have one at work that makes me grind. And idk how to describe it but I want this company to work and I have put a lot of time into it, it just feels like I’m missing something.
I think that once I get those first customers it will be addicting and I’ll be all in. But I’m just not there yet to know if that’s true.
Anybody ever feel this way? Any advice?Entrepreneur
