Nine Mile Metals Ltd. is a Canadian public mineral exploration company focused on Critical Minerals Exploration (CME) VMS exploration in the renowned Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick, Canada. Conditional Approval for Bulk Sample Permit

The permit approval remains contingent on the submission of the Gemtec Reclamation Plan Design, anticipated to be finalized in the coming days.

The Company has taken definitive steps to ensure compliance by submitting the Gemtec "Water, Sediment & Flow Testing Baseline Results Report" to support the Reclamation Plan.

Additionally, Gemtec has provided the crucial Nine Mile Brook Bulk Sample Engineering Site Plan, a pivotal document in support of the permit process, delivered promptly to the NB DEM.

Strategic Vendor Engagement for Cost Analysis

Nine Mile Metals has initiated discussions with program vendors, securing firm quote costs aligned with the Engineering Site Plan requirements. This strategic move is poised to define the Company's cost-benefit analysis for the ambitious Bulk Sample Program Project.

CEO Patrick J. Cruickshank expressed optimism, stating, "Advancing our Nine Mile Brook Lens bulk sample program into the execution stage is a significant milestone. Pending final submission of our Reclamation Plan, we're eager to progress, leveraging high ore grades and mineral rock values for substantial financial returns. "

Strategic Site Planning and Environmental Responsibility

Gary Lohman, VP Exploration and Director, applauded the meticulous site planning by GEMTEC. Highlighting the compact footprint of approximately 100 x 160 meters and the utilization of previously excavated ground, the plan prioritizes minimal environmental disturbance.

"The team is delighted with the site plan's design, focusing on minimizing environmental impact while ensuring efficiency," said Lohman. "With the plan now in place, we anticipate initiating work at the outset of 2024 upon receiving the final permitting. "

Financial Milestone and Long-term Prospects

Directors Kevin B. Hicks and Gary Lohman expressed enthusiasm, citing the impending net revenue from the completion of the Nine Mile Brook Bulk Sample Project as a pivotal moment for Nine Mile Metals.
