Progress Update on Pilbara Minerals Limited's Mid-Stream Plant Demonstration

Pilbara Minerals Limited, a key player in the mining industry, recently announced progress on their mid-stream demonstration plant. This milestone is a crucial part of their Pilgangoora Lithium-Tantalum Project in Western Australia.

Since its operational commencement in April, the sophisticated demonstration plant has successfully produced high-quality spodumene concentrate. The effective running of key processing units, such as crushing, grinding, flotation, and dewatering circuits, have all met design specifications.

This plant demonstration has proven invaluable. The data collected from this operation will serve not just to de-risk the subsequent full-scale commercial plant. Furthermore, the produced samples of spodumene concentrate have begun their journey to off-take partners for the ultimate step of product qualification.
