Should I make my dad CEO of my 10 yr old company? - - The business I founded is currently generating 2 million dollars annually, not very profitably but not at a loss.. kinda break even - He’s very business savvy and there wouldn’t be a better ceo than him, and he’s willing to do it. - I’ve proven I’m not the best ceo.. I like the product creation and branding side more than anything else and would continue doing that. - I kinda feel like it wouldn’t be perceived well by others. Others might think my dad was behind the company all along, even though I created it and built it. He’ll make it massively grow I’m sure, and it might discredit to others what I’ve done.. but that’s ego stuff. - edit to add: business is currently 100% owned by me, no investors and no board of directors What do you guys think? Looks like we're going through something, but who would have thought with all these tarrifs, inflation and trade wars going on
