Solis Minerals Intersects Coarse Spodumene at Jaguar in Maiden Drill Programme

Solis Minerals Limited (ASX: SLM) is excited to report the successful intersection of spodumene-bearing pegmatite in its maiden drill programme at the Jaguar Lithium Project in Bahia state, Brazil. The Company has recently secured an option to acquire a 100% interest in the project.

In the initial diamond drilling, two holes, JADDH00002 and JADDH00003, have intersected shallow-dipping coarse spodumene-rich pegmatites. JADDH00002 has encountered 52m of pegmatite, with 8. 2m of spodumene-rich quartz-bearing central core area from 32m downhole. JADDH00003 has intersected 39. 3m of pegmatite, with 7.

9m of spodumene-rich quartz-bearing central core area from 44. 3m downhole. The visual volume of spodumene intersected is estimated to be up to 20%.

Additionally, a new pegmatite footprint has been identified approximately 1km northwest of Jaguar, expanding the potential mineral resource in the area. As a result of these promising findings, Solis Minerals will tender a second rig to commence an additional 5,000m drilling programme.

The Jaguar Lithium Project holds immense significance for Solis Minerals as it represents a valuable opportunity to increase its presence in the lithium market. The successful intersection of coarse spodumene in the maiden drill programme is a positive indicator of the project's potential.
