Notably, as the Chief Executive Officer of Grande Cote Operations for Mineral Deposits Limited, he led the ramp-up to nameplate capacity of a world-class mineral sands operation in Senegal, West Africa. His expertise includes optimisation of mineral resources, maximising project economics, and ensuring safe and efficient production.

Strandline Chair, Didier Murcia, highlighted the company's rapid growth from a small explorer to a significant mineral sands producer, necessitating increased resources across the business.
