Unused annual leave on resignation - I have about 8 months of unused annual + long service leave. My understanding is it is payable when the employment ends. If I were to resign today it would amount to approximately $130k. Is it fair to expect that the employer would pay up with no ifs or buts, or is there something I should be worried about? The company is solvent. Ausfinance
