Viridis Mining and Minerals Limited continues to unearth groundbreaking discoveries at their Colossus Project. The company recently released the second batch of assays from their maiden exploration programs, revealing outstanding high-grade Ionic Adsorption Clay (IAC) mineralization across various prospects.

Impressive Diamond Drilling Results

Viridis' latest assays affirm substantial findings from both auger and diamond drilling operations. The Fazenda Prospect, having received four diamond holes to date, disclosed an IAC body averaging around 14 meters thick, with an average grade of 2,979ppm Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO). Notable among these findings is FZ-DDH-004, revealing 15. 0m @ 3,559ppm TREO within a broader section of 33. 5m @ 2,509ppm TREO from the surface.

Unveiling New Prospects

The Carijo Prospect, with the first two diamond holes yielding astounding results, showcased an average thickness of approximately 18 meters and a weighted average grade of 3,201ppm TREO. Notable intercepts from this prospect include CJ-DDH-001: 21. 5m @ 3,195ppm TREO and CJ-DDH-002: 15. 0m @ 3,210ppm TREO from surface.

Auger Drilling Unveils Potential

Auger drilling continues to unravel significant potential. Results from Fazenda and Caminho Das Pedras Mining Licenses revealed numerous high-grade REE-rich clay intercepts across multiple drillings. For instance, FZ-AG-033 showcased 7. 0m @ 4,882ppm TREO, while CDP-DDH-001 illustrated 26. 0m @ 2,295ppm TREO. Impressively, over 95% of the holes intersected >1,000ppm TREO, indicating widespread mineralization.

Enthusiastic Response from Management

Agha Shahzad Pervez, the Executive Chairman, emphasized the project's significance, highlighting the substantial contributions of multiple prospects to a potential substantial REE resource.
