Burmeister Lithium Discovery: A New Frontier in High-Grade Lithium Exploration

TG Metals Limited (ASX:TG6) announces promising advancements in the exploration of the Burmeister prospect within the Lake Johnston Li-Ni-Au Project, marking a significant step forward in identifying a major high-grade spodumene lithium deposit. With 2,848m of reverse circulation (RC) and 821m of diamond core (DD) drilling completed, the initial assays underscore the prospect's potential with remarkable lithium oxide (Li2O) grades. The results not only affirm the high-grade nature of the pegmatites but also set the stage for comprehensive metallurgical testwork and further exploration activities.

High-Grade Lithium Unearthed

The exploration at Burmeister has yielded impressive results, with the best intercept to date reaching 23.5m at 1.52% Li2O, including higher grade segments. This discovery confirms the continuous up-dip extension of the mineralised system, showcasing the significant upside of this lithium-rich pegmatite.
