In a groundbreaking reveal, First Lithium Ltd (FL1) unveiled exceptional results from its initial outcrop channel sampling at the Blakala lithium prospect, stationed within Mali's Gouna Permit. Validating Geological Predictions

FL1's analytical findings, derived from three distinct outcrop sample cut lines, affirm the high-grade lithium content seen and reported within the pegmatite both in outcrop and diamond drillholes. Notably, standout results from BCH02_West and BCH02_East demonstrate impressive Lithium Oxide concentrations of 1. 91% over 18. 70 meters and 1. 54% over 11.

The detailed analysis reveals that out of the 35 individual outcrop channel samples undertaken, a staggering 12 samples have exhibited over 2. 00% Li₂O, with the highest single sample boasting a remarkable 2. 56% Li₂O over 1. 00 meter in BCH02_West. The consistency of high-grade Lithium Oxide mineralisation across the sampled pegmatites cements the prospect's immense potential.

Ongoing Drilling and Sampling Endeavors

FL1's extensive 8,000-meter diamond drilling program is currently underway, complemented by trenching and trench/outcrop sampling activities. The outcrop sampling procedure, executed through traditional methods, has resulted in continuous channel samples that have been sent to the ALS laboratory for analysis.
