This decision follows a thorough proposal review process, with Rhythm's expertise deemed instrumental in steering the project through its planning, procurement, and execution phases.

Exploration and Production Wells

The drilling program aims to explore deeper into the Dawson Bay and Souris River Formations, both identified as prospective for enriched lithium brine yet unexplored. The program is fully funded, signifying Arizona Lithium's readiness and financial backing to delve into these new zones, with the first two wells licensed to drill at Pad #1. Additionally, development wells will support brine production from the Duperow Formation and the management of lithium-depleted brine, contributing to the project's sustainability goals.

The Prairie Lithium Project: A Sustainable Lithium Source

Located in the mining-friendly jurisdiction of the Williston Basin in Saskatchewan, Canada, the Prairie Lithium Project boasts a significant lithium resource estimated at 6. 3 million tonnes of Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE). This includes 4. 5 MT LCE Indicated and 1. 8 MT LCE Inferred, positioning the project as a key player in the global lithium market.

Pilot Plant Success and Sustainable Approach

Arizona Lithium's pilot plant at Prairie has demonstrated impressive lithium recoveries of 95. 6% with 99. 9% rejection of impurities, further validating the project's commercial viability. The company emphasizes minimal freshwater, land, and waste usage, aligning with its commitment to environmental stewardship.

Towards Commercialisation: Timeline and Expectations

With field activities slated to begin in the second quarter of 2024, Arizona Lithium is on a clear path to starting lithium brine production by the first quarter of 2025. The planned drilling on Pads #2 and #3, alongside Pad #1, is anticipated to support the production of 6,000 tonnes of LCE, marking a significant milestone towards the commercialisation of the Prairie Project.
