Amanda Lacaze Leads Lynas Rare Earths Towards Global Leadership in Rare Earth Materials
Amanda Lacaze, with her extensive background in senior operational roles, has been at the helm of Lynas Rare Earths as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer since June 2014. Her leadership has been pivotal in steering Lynas to become a key player in the rare earth materials sector, positioning the company as the world's only significant producer of separated rare earth materials outside of China.
Distinguished Career and Strategic Leadership
Ms. Lacaze's journey in Lynas began in January 2014 as a Non-Executive Director before taking over the roles of Managing Director and CEO. Her vast experience spans over 25 years across various industries, including telecommunications and consumer goods. Before joining Lynas, Lacaze held CEO positions at Commander Communications and AOL|7, among other notable executive roles in major corporations like Telstra and ICI Australia (now Orica and Incitec Pivot).
