It’s great that this time around the power users don’t have to wait for the Pro and Max chips on the new set.

For me personally it finally has all the "things" I've been waiting for that have accumulated over the past few iterations. Namely a 120hz refresh rate, USB-C, Always on display, and more home screen customization with widgets. I no longer see the huge benefit to using Android over IOS.

USB-C alone is going to entice lots of Android users.

Coming from Android after 8 years and my last iPhone being the 5 this year's iPhone is definitely the one to get. Not only is it finally getting USB-C but it includes all the previous features from recent pro models all in this phone. Looking forward to my new 15 ... See More Pro Max this Friday.

The rumour was always ridiculous considering that Apple has been making and selling USB-C cables without any MFi chip for years now.

I’ve been arguing with people about this for months. If Apple wanted to do MFI for USB-C, they would have done it for the iPad years ago. It doesn’t make any sense - they contributed heavily to the USB-C spec and have been adopting it TOO early in other products ... See More for some people.

It’s hilarious watching people argue for thunderbolt on a device that realistically has 99% of its buyers not even know what that is and have no use for it.
