Made absolutely no sense to buy one when the model 3 is ... See More way cheaper, faster, more economical, less cramped, and has better technology. The only things missing are a touch of luxury and the engagement of a roaring V6, but the price difference wasn’t worth it to me.

I don’t agree often with him these days, but I definitely agree with that. NACS is the best standard at the moment, and it’s finally getting the recognition it deserves.

With GM jumping on, I think that’s enough critical mass to kill off CCS in North America. I see it unlikely that Hyundai, Honda, etc will stick with it now. But chances are it will take them longer to make the switch and formally announce it.
